If your child arrives after 8:45am they must report to the school office with a parent to sign in. They will also be given an 'L' mark on the register which signifies the pupil was late but arrived before the register was closed.
If your child arrives after 9am they must report to the school office with a parent to sign in and will receive a ‘U’ mark on the register. This means they arrived late and after the register has closed. This is classified as an unauthorised absence for that session, which can affect overall attendance figures and can potentially trigger penalty notices.
